History
We have been in business with the State of Washington since the year 2000.
There is no formal licenses for our industry in the State of Washington, however in 2003 we did file a Master Business License with the State.
June 2008, according to the State of Washington and House Bill 2791, we are now considerd "Distressed Home Consultants" and this new law requires us to disclose certain things and say certain things, we found out that we have been in compliance with this law from day one.
